BALMA features 6 exclusive suites ranging from 54m² to 300m².
Which is the largest suite?
The largest suite is our Exclusive Penthouse (Suite N°6) with 300m², four bedrooms, home cinema and wood fireplace for up to 8 guests.
Is there parking available?
Yes, underground parking is complimentary for overnight guests. EV charging stations are also available.
Is there a ski room?
Yes, we have heated and ventilated ski rooms with boot warmers.
Is there a wine cooler in the suite?
Yes, every suite features a wine cooler and a minibar.
Do the suites have a fireplace?
Yes, all 6 suites have a fireplace. Suites N°1 and N°2 have an electric one, Suite N°4 and the Exclusive Penthouse N°6 a real wood-burning fireplace.
Do all suites have a private sauna?
Yes, each of the 6 suites at BALMA features its own private sauna, either a Finnish sauna or a steam sauna.
Does BALMA offer ski-in/ski-out?
Yes, BALMA offers direct ski-in/ski-out access to the Ski Arlberg area with 305 km of slopes. The Zuger Bergbahn lift station is a 2-minute walk away.
