Reservation and contact enquiries currently run through your own email programme. The website only opens a prepared draft. No data are transmitted to this website and none are stored here. Your message goes directly to the address named above and is used to process your enquiry; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Supabase (Supabase Inc.): hosting of the database and of the server functions for menu, events and gallery.

Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited): fonts are loaded when a page is called up, which transmits your IP address to Google.

Open-Meteo: retrieval of the weather data for Lech am Arlberg.

Windy (Windyty, SE): embedded weather map on the weather page.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): the Tag Manager loads Google Analytics, which evaluates the use of the website statistically (pages called up, time spent, approximate location, device used). Cookies are set in the process and your IP address is transmitted to Google. Both happen exclusively after your consent, see the next section. The same evaluation runs in the suite booking path so that visits and bookings can be viewed together.

This list reflects the technical state of the application and is reviewed continuously.

The visit statistics only run after you have agreed in the banner. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 165(3) TKG 2021. Without consent, Google Tag Manager is not loaded, no statistics cookies are set and no data go to Google.

Your decision is stored in the local storage of your browser, under the name “balma-consent” and with a timestamp and version. Deliberately not in a cookie: that would be the only one set without consent.

You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via “Cookies” in the footer of every page. A withdrawal takes effect immediately for any further collection; data already transmitted are not affected. If you decline or make no choice at all, you appear in no statistics. The website works unchanged either way.
