What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer complimentary underground parking for all guests. EV charging stations are also available.
How do I reach the hotel?
From Zurich or Innsbruck, approximately 2 hours by car. We can arrange private transfers upon request.
Is skiing included?
We offer direct ski-in/ski-out access with ski room and service included. Note: Lift tickets are NOT sold at the hotel. Purchase them at the Zuger Bergbahn lift station (2-minute walk) or online via Ski Arlberg. See our Lech Guide for details.
Where can I buy ski passes?
Ski passes are not available at the hotel. Buy them at the Zuger Bergbahn lift station nearby or conveniently online through the Ski Arlberg webshop. Check our Lech Guide for complete information and online booking links.
Are dogs allowed?
Absolutely. We treat four-legged guests just like two-legged ones. Champagne included.

What types of suites does BALMA offer?
BALMA offers 6 individually designed luxury suites ranging from 54 sqm to 300 sqm, accommodating 2 to 8 guests. Every suite features a private sauna, mountain views, and premium amenities. The largest is the Exclusive Penthouse at 300 sqm with four bedrooms, home cinema, and wood-burning fireplace.
Is BALMA suitable for families?
BALMA accommodates families in its larger suites N°3 to N°6, which host 4 to 8 guests. The restaurant offers a kids menu. The intimate size of the hotel with 6 suites provides a quiet, personal atmosphere.
How do I get to Lech am Arlberg?
Lech am Arlberg is accessible by car from Innsbruck (approx. 1.5 hours), Zurich (approx. 2.5 hours), or Friedrichshafen (approx. 1.5 hours). BALMA can arrange private transfers. The nearest train station is in Langen am Arlberg with bus connections to Lech and Zug.
